  • Linux + Certification

Linux+ (Linux Certified Professional)

This course is designed to enhance the competencies of the Linux professional. Students will be introduced to multiple Linux distributions and perform installations of three or more distributions, including Red Hat Linux. Basic operational concepts will be taught and practiced. Students will implement security features provided by the Linux operating system. Upon completion of this course, students will have a solid understanding of the Linux operating system and be able to perform basic troubleshooting tasks. Both workstation and server implementations will be covered. This program will provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to pass the CompTIA Linux+ certification exam.
